How do I reset my password or update my account details?
I cannot remember my password. Where do I reset it?
- Open the password recovery form, also linked as Lost your password? below the website login form.
- Enter the username or email address for your account and submit the form.
- Use the password-reset link in the recovery email and follow its instructions.
An empty field produces Enter a username or email address. Enter your account identifier before submitting.
If recovery does not complete, contact the JJ team with the step that failed and the exact visible message. Do not send your password or a password-reset link.
How do I change a password I still know?
Sign in on the website and open Security / App Login. In the password settings, enter your current password, then enter the same new password in both new-password fields and save.
Saving a new password signs you out of the website. Sign in again with the new password.
Use the account email address and password in the desktop app. The website also accepts a username.
Where do I check or change my login email?
Open Security / App Login. This area holds the account email and shows whether it is Verified or Not verified.
If verification is needed, use Send verification email and follow the message sent to that address. The resend action has a 60-second interval between requests. Changing the account email resets its verification status and starts confirmation for the new address.
Email verification and purchasing a subscription are separate account actions.
